Everything was easy and efficient. The booking process was problem free and Luko and his family did evetything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. House Tereza is in a stunning location right on the waters edge. The room was clean, spacious and has all you need to ensure all your requirements are met. Restaurants are a short stroll away and trips into the old town of Dubrovnik are easy and inexpensive. I would particularly recommend the customised boat trip provided. It was great to see the islands and get a completely new perspective of Zaton Bay and the surrounding coastline. All in all we had a fantastic time and look forward to returning to House Tereza.

Enjoyed our one week stay in Appt.Lucija. Fabulous setting right on the edge of the water.Hosts Luko and his family just across the road and always available to assist in any way. Hosts son collected us from airport for 35 euros.Bus stop and supermarket 10 mins walk away .Dubrovnik 15 mins away by bus.Kayak available to rent for a leisurely paddle around the bay which is sheltered (50 kuna) for 1 hour or 150kuna for the day.All in all a lovely relaxing holiday.Thanks again to Luko and family.

Absolutely great place. You will not found better than this! Everything works more than better. The hosts are very friendy and they will allways help you if you need. The place is in amazing location, close to everything but still quiet and peacefull. I'm more than happy that we chose this on for our vacation.

Airport pickup by the host and an informed tour back to the appartment, which was very clean and just as described. The house location was near perfect and Zaton Bay is beautiful. The sea was clean and warm (even in May) and we swam several times a day from the house jetty. The iocal supermarkets, bus routes and resaurants were good and very friendiy. Easy access to Dubrovnic. A special mention for Dandy's Restaurant and Anita, and family who were great. Not ideal for the Stag and Hen party people, another plus for us!

We had a great stay at Luko’s apartment. It’s a perfect spot if one wants to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere right by the water, while only having a short trip to the old town for some sightseeing. The apartment was in good condition, and Anita and the family are very kind and helpful if anything is needed. Would definitely recommend it!
